BNA M&A Law Report

The BNA Mergers & Acquisitions Law Report, provided as part of the LexisNexis service, is a weekly newsletter published by The Bureau of National Affairs (BNA), Inc. The newsletter features articles on emerging developments in corporate, competition, and securities law. It also contains articles on subjects that may be relevant during a merger or acquisition transaction, such as environmental liability, employment law, pensions and benefits law, international law, tax and accounting considerations, and the ownership of intellectual property. Each article in these primary topical areas contains direct links to full-text versions of cited cases, regulations, and statutes.

Once you subscribe to the report, you'll find it's easy to use. Go directly to any of the primary topical areas using the horizontal button bar at the top of the report. Quickly access additional products and report information using the links in the left navigation bar. You can also view previous issues of the newsletter.
